- Application for membership transfer can be made via Branch, Division, State or directly to HQ. (Click here to download the form in .pdf format)
- The Branch, Division, State or the HQ staff shall upon receiving the application for transfer, photostated I/Cs, photos and membership fees from the applicants, acknowledge by returning the reply slip attached at the bottom of the form to them.
- In the event that there is no news received after 3 months of application for transfer, enquiries could be made directly to the HQ.
- All applications for transfer must be made in the newly prescribed “Membership Transfer Form”. Each and every column must be duly completed. Witnesses to the application shall be held fully responsible for whatever particulars given by him. He is also answerable to HQ for whatever queries that may arise.
