DAP Chinese leaders afraid to comment on omission of Chinese interests in Pakatan’s manifesto

DAP is using the term ‘Cina microscope’, to avoid the point that they have abandoned their Chinese supporters to pally up to Tun Dr Mahathir Mohammad’s ethnocentric Parti Pribumi. This is after many years of hyping up that there is no room for racial politics or race-based parties.

Pakatan Harapan claims to be fighting for fairness and equal treatment for all regardless of race or religion, yet the policies they proposed in their Manifesto are blatantly unfair to and in total disregard of the welfare of the Chinese community. There are expressed policy proposals for all races but for and except to the Chinese. Is DAP conceding that the Chinese of whom they had obtained more than 80% of the votes are without problems and do not need government help or assistance ?

Pakatan Harapan and DAP in particular claims to make decisions based on merit and with no racial considerations but yet they have made exceptions with special mention / ‘iltizam khusus’ for the Malays and Indians in their manifesto. This shows the DAP’s blatant hypocrisy and inconsistency. Obviously they have caved in to Dr Mahathir’s ethnocentric politics.

The Pakatan Harapan Manifesto is hypocritical as DAP has been fighting for a ‘Malaysian Malaysia’, but in the manifesto, it will continue with preferential treatment for the Bumiputera.  DAP have the audacity to claim that they are non-racial, blaming MCA for all the racial unequal playing field. When faced with Dr Mahathir, they caved in and surrendered completely. 

Pakatan Harapan made so many promises for the Bumiputera, and suddenly DAP has gone mute on be fairness to all races and giving equal attention to each race’s needs.

Page 46: Kerajaan Pakatan Harapan akan memastikan tanah-tanah rezab Melayu dilindungi dan semua tanah rezab Melayu yang telah ditukar status diganti semula dengan tanah yang nilainya sama atau lebih tinggi.

Page 47: Syarikat-syarikat milik kerajaan yang terpilih akan dipersediakan untuk dibeli oleh pengurusan (management buy out) agar peratus pemilikan ekuiti Melayu dan Bumiputera meningkat.

Prestasi dan pencapaian agenda memartabatkan maruah bangsa Melayu dan Islam akan dibentangkan dan dibahaskan di Parlimen setiap tahun agar kerajaan sentiasa bertanggungjawab kepada rakyat keseluruhannya. Kedudukan ekonomi Melayu akan dibentangkan dalam ucapan belanjawan setiap tahun supaya kerajaan boleh dipertanggungjawabkan secara terbuka.

Page 69: GLC akan diarahkan mendepani usaha mempertingkat pemilikan Bumiputera dalam ekonomi negara. Kerajaan Pakatan Harapan mahu menyaksikan lebih  banyak pemimpin korporat Bumiputera yang mampu meneruskan perjuangan syarikat GLC dengan cara pembelian ekuiti oleh pihak pengurusan (management buy out). Ini akan menyumbang secara langsung ke arah peningkatan pemilikan Bumiputera.

Page 70: Semua syarikat GLC akan mewujudkan program khas pembangunan vendor Bumiputera.

Page 72: Industri Kecil dan Sederhana, termasuk IKS Bumiputera, akan diberi bantuan untuk mengakses maklumat mengenai tender-tender kerajaan, agar mereka mempunyai peluang yang saksama untuk membida kontrak yang sesuai dengannya.

Despite obvious neglect for the Chinese community, DAP senior Chinese leaders have suddenly went into hiding by getting two junior unknown non-Chinese ground soldier to dismiss the points race as “Chinese microscope”. Since when have DAP stopped their “Chinese microscopic” toxic politics?
