PROSPER WOMEN IN PROPERTY

The force in the property industry is only strong with women being part of it. They make the deals happen. As a career, women can make life better for themselves and their families. Put that on a larger perspective, their role is important as they contribute a large part to the industry and the economy.

The property industry is one of the pillars of a nation’s economy. The involvement of women in the industry will take things to greater heights. From what we see in today’s market, there is no doubt in what women can do. We must never overlook the strength and the importance of women. Women are needed in various fields. They perform outstandingly in what they do and did even better compared to their male counterparts.

No matter what field, whether it is the service sector, education, marketing, professional fields and even politics, women are capably powerful and influential. Sadly, there are still people, including religious extremists, who discriminate against women, laugh at them, humiliate them, which is terribly wrong, absurd, and disgraceful.

Today, we live in a fairly competitive, civilized era. Everyone competes with their capabilities. A woman who is intelligent will not be bothered by the abs of a men. A woman knows that she should love herself, and to love herself is to excel herself, make herself better, and have a successful career, just like women at GS Realty, they are the best example.

Today, it is “The Era of Women Empowerment”, as well as the era of “She-conomics.” Encouraging more women to join the workforce will allow women to optimize their potential. This is essential and timely for company which would like to perform, sustain and expand.

As such,  Yayasan Pembangunan Wanita and Wanita MCA, together with GS Realty, are initiating “Prosper Women in Property”, a platform to provide training for women, teaching womenfolk the skills on how to succeed in the property industry, leading them to security and happiness in life.
