1. Application for membership transfer can be made via Branch, Division, State or directly to HQ.  (Click here to download the form in .pdf format)
2. In the event that there is no news received after 3 months of application for transfer, enquiries could be made directly to the HQ.
3. All applications for transfer must be made in the newly prescribed “Membership Transfer Form”. Each and every column must be duly completed.
