- Application for membership transfer can be made via Branch, Division, State or directly to HQ. (Click here to download the form in .pdf format)
- In the event that there is no news received after 3 months of application for transfer, enquiries could be made directly to the HQ.
- All applications for transfer must be made in the newly prescribed “Membership Transfer Form”. Each and every column must be duly completed.
